Yeeowch! Well, I have to admire your toughness by actually posting a link here to the less-than-generous review. I'm not sure I'd have the same skin-thickness, though hopefully one day I'll get to find out.

Oh, it takes time. I was looking back on some flame wars I started last year over bad reviews and thinking, "No, I'm just going to post the link and thank him for his time." Any other reaction just makes you, the person being reviewed, look bad. I'm glad there are still bad reviews out there, so people will still trust the review process, otherwise they'll just ignore all of them, good and bad.
Yowza! At least he's fair and balanced. He had nice things to say on his review of D2L. That's something, right?
Absolutely, Lincoln. Even in this review, he said my style was "elegant," which shows he wasn't just trashing the thing for fun or spite, he'd read it carefully and formed an opinion.
